Rubrik is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive bookings growth in new and existing accounts across northern California. You'll focus on acquiring new logos and managing sales pipelines. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in enterprise-level accounts. Your ability to identify and close new opportunities is complemented by your skills in managing a sales pipeline effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales Engineers and Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas. You are a relentless self-starter, always looking for ways to acquire new logos and expand existing customer relationships.
You understand the importance of resilience against cyberattacks and operational disruptions, and you are passionate about helping organizations protect their data. Your communication skills allow you to present complex solutions clearly and effectively, making you a trusted advisor to your clients. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving and exceeding your sales goals.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry, particularly in data protection or cybersecurity, would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with sales enablement programs and a strong understanding of the sales process will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on both new and existing accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed your sales quota through effective prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Sales Development, to drive pipeline generation daily. Your role will involve identifying and closing new opportunities for growth, particularly within mid-enterprise accounts. You will present Rubrik's solutions within complex data center designs, showcasing how they can help organizations achieve resilience against cyber threats.
Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed sales quotas and drive significant bookings growth. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer engagement, encouraging existing customer expansion while also focusing on acquiring new logos. Your proactive approach and strategic thinking will be key to your success in this role.
