Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or data protection solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of building a territory from the ground up. Your entrepreneurial mindset drives you to identify opportunities and create pipelines effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and SDRs, to achieve your goals. You understand the importance of resilience against cyber threats and are passionate about helping organizations protect their data. You are based in one of the key regions of Italy: Veneto, Emilia Romagna, or Friuli Venezia Giulia.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute a go-to-market plan for your territory, focusing on building pipeline and driving bookings growth in a largely untapped market. You will relentlessly prospect and generate new opportunities through self-sourced activities, establishing Rubrik’s footprint in a new region. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, creating and nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed your sales targets. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and the channel ecosystem to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction. Your success will be measured by your ability to land new logos and expand Rubrik's presence in the territory.
