What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Exocompute team, you will lead the development of a platform that supports Rubrik’s SaaS products, addressing the challenges of various customer deployment preferences. You will be responsible for driving your team to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining a focus on performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. Your role will involve setting clear goals for your team, ensuring they understand the business objectives, and translating these into actionable technical priorities. You will collaborate with product areas that Exocompute supports, working closely with stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables. You will also play a key role in growing the team, supporting individual career objectives, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
