Rubrik is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Exocompute team to lead the development of a flexible data-plane platform supporting various deployment models. This role requires a strong technical background in platforms and infrastructure.

You have a strong technical background with experience in platforms and infrastructure β you've successfully managed teams and guided them to achieve engineering excellence while allowing them the space to take ownership of their work. You understand the importance of setting clear goals and directions for your team, holding them accountable to meet those objectives while fostering their individual growth and career aspirations. You are skilled in translating business objectives into a technical roadmap and prioritizing tasks effectively. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that the Exocompute team meets the diverse needs of Rubrik's customers.
Desirable
Experience in managing teams that work on cloud-based solutions or hybrid architectures would be a plus. Familiarity with SaaS products and an understanding of customer needs in different deployment models will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Exocompute team, you will lead the development of a platform that supports Rubrikβs SaaS products, addressing the challenges of various customer deployment preferences.
