You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the technology sector. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping organizations achieve resilience against cyber threats. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, and you are skilled at identifying and closing new opportunities for growth. You have a strong understanding of the sales process and are adept at managing pipelines effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. You are a relentless self-starter who is hyper-focused on acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer accounts. Your strategic mindset enables you to define and execute sales plans that meet and exceed quotas. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to drive success.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the Netherlands region. You will define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed your quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. Your role will involve developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, moving a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
You will identify and close new opportunities for growth, particularly within Public Sector accounts, and present Rubrik's solutions within complex data center designs. Daily pipeline generation will be a key focus, and you will work closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue and expand Rubrik's footprint in the market.
