Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in an account executive role, where you've successfully identified and closed new business opportunities. Your ability to consult with clients and understand their unique supply chain needs sets you apart, allowing you to create value-added solutions that resonate with them. You are proficient in using Salesforce to maintain accurate account records and manage your opportunity pipeline effectively.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales development representatives to uncover and connect with ideal clients. Your strong communication skills enable you to lead engaging remote and in-person meetings, demonstrating Flexport's capabilities and building trust with potential clients. You are results-driven, consistently meeting or exceeding your sales quota while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Desirable
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the challenges faced by clients. Familiarity with CRM tools beyond Salesforce can also enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to tackle the evolving challenges of global trade.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Flexport, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, driving the sales process from prospecting to closing.
