Rubrik is hiring an Identity Resilience Sales Manager to define and execute sales plans in the South Central region. You'll work closely with accounts to drive growth and manage sales opportunities. This position requires 3+ years of tech sales experience.

You have 3+ years of tech sales experience, ideally in a technical sales role where you have developed a deep understanding of product offerings and market dynamics. You excel at building relationships and have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through effective prospecting and closing strategies. Your ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively sets you apart in the field. You are driven by results and are always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You are passionate about technology and enjoy staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for the South Central territory, focusing on meeting and exceeding your sales quota. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, moving strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities within Mid Market accounts and presenting Rubrik's solutions in complex data center environments. You will co-sell and strategize with the direct field team, partners, and distributors to enable rapid growth. Additionally, you will provide feedback to Rubrik management regarding local market opportunities and help identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships. Your success will be driven by your expertise, champion building, and high level of effective activity in the field.
