Who you are

You have a successful track record of managing Global partnerships, particularly with Global Systems Integrators such as Accenture, Capgemini, and Deloitte. Your experience includes service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations — you understand the intricacies of navigating complex partner relationships and driving mutual success.

You excel in relationship building and have the ability to communicate openly and set a positive example in a collaborative work environment. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute account strategies and partner metrics that align with business goals. You are adept at advocating for partners across multiple internal departments, ensuring that their needs are met and that they can effectively adopt product solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators in the APAC region, excluding Japan. You will lead from the front, setting the tone for collaboration and success within your team and with partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies, establishing key performance indicators, and creating business plans that drive results.

You will work closely with various internal teams, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to ensure that partners are equipped to succeed with Rubrik's solutions. Your ability to navigate and accelerate the partner's adoption of product solutions will be crucial in achieving joint success. You will also be responsible for managing contractual and business negotiations, ensuring that all agreements are beneficial for both Rubrik and its partners.
