Desirable

What you'll do
As the Regional Director, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth across Enterprise accounts in the Great Plains Region. You will manage a team of Field Account Executives, guiding them in discovering and developing new opportunities while executing account strategies. Your role will involve managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that your team is equipped with the resources they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with regional leaders in Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Channel Development to exceed sales objectives. Developing a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Rubrikβs position in the market will be a key focus, as will building a partner ecosystem to foster collaboration and opportunity.
