Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the enterprise sector, where you've successfully built and scaled high-performing teams. Your experience includes attracting, hiring, and developing talent, ensuring that your team consistently exceeds revenue targets. You thrive in a high-accountability culture and are skilled at coaching and modeling clear expectations for achievement.
You are familiar with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, and you champion these practices within your team to drive outstanding sales rigor. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to build an effective go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do
As the Regional Director, Enterprise Sales at Fivetran, you will lead and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on driving new business and expansion opportunities across strategic accounts.
