Who you are
You have a proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed quotas and develop customer accounts in the Enterprise space. With your extensive experience in sales management, you understand the complexities of solution-based sales processes and can effectively coach your team to success. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various departments to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Your leadership style is hands-on, and you enjoy being a player/coach, guiding your team through the intricacies of account strategies and relationship management. You are adept at engaging with senior executives and building strong partnerships within target accounts. Your ability to analyze sales data and market trends allows you to make informed decisions that benefit both your team and the organization.
What you'll do
As the Regional Director, Enterprise, you will lead a team of Account Executives, ensuring they exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. You will play a crucial role in executing a complex, solution-based sales process that involves multiple groups within Enterprise accounts. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and growing existing business opportunities, coaching account executives to build and execute effective account strategies.
You will drive engagement with Smartsheet's senior executives in target accounts, ensuring that all sales management disciplines are successfully executed. This includes Account, Opportunity, and Relationship planning, as well as the implementation of sales methodologies. Your role will require you to partner with Sales Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional value to clients and foster long-term relationships.
