You possess deep technical knowledge of cloud data management solutions and can effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are a strategic thinker who can analyze customer needs and design integrated technology solutions that meet their business requirements. Your experience includes making technical presentations to senior management and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring your team to achieve their best performance.

What you'll do

As the Sales Engineering Manager at Rubrik, you will lead a team of Sales Engineers across India, providing them with the technical leadership and direction necessary to succeed. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top Sales Engineers as the team expands, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to customers.

You will oversee day-to-day account-level activities, helping the Sales Engineers build technology solutions tailored to the needs of enterprise, mid-market, and small business customers. Your role will involve evangelizing and positioning Rubrik's innovative hyper-converged hybrid cloud data management platform, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to address customer inquiries and challenges.

You will also assist in the analysis, design, and development of fully integrated technology solutions, demonstrating your subject matter expertise on Rubrik’s products and competitive storage offerings. By making technical and sales presentations to customers, you will serve as a key point of contact for technical consultations, helping to develop and propose solutions that align with customer requirements.
