Rundoo is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate leads and engage with potential clients in the home improvement retail space. You'll focus on lead generation, sales development, and customer conversion. This position is based in Chicago.

You have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with potential clients to understand their needs. You are comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails to generate new opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a growing team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound calling and email outreach. You will identify and engage with key decision-makers in the home improvement retail space, qualifying leads based on their needs and potential to convert. You will conduct daily outreach to engage potential clients, focusing on securing strong interest and participation. Additionally, you will nurture relationships with prospects through timely follow-up emails and calls, maintaining professionalism and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
What we offer
Rundoo offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 annually, along with variable compensation through commissions. You will enjoy full medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of premiums covered for you and 50% for dependents.
