Desirable

Experience working with ERPs, digital banking platforms, and payment processors is a plus — you understand the intricacies of these systems and how they can be leveraged to create impactful partnerships. Familiarity with co-marketing campaigns and enablement programs will help you drive partner-led adoption effectively. You are comfortable taking ownership of deals from sourcing to launch, ensuring that every partnership is executed flawlessly.

What you'll do

As the Partnerships Lead at Rutter, you will be responsible for building go-to-market and distribution partnerships that enhance our partner ecosystem. You will develop referral, reseller, and co-sell motions with various stakeholders, including fintechs, banks, and BaaS providers. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, you will create co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of our platform. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with product leaders and ensuring that our partnerships align with Rutter's strategic goals. You will also be tasked with identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to maximize their potential.

Rutter provides a competitive compensation package with on-target earnings ranging from $150K to $175K, including equity.
