What you'll do

As the Director of Sales Development, you will lead and mentor a global team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the sales pipeline, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their targets.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy, leveraging data and insights to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
