Cresta is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Development to build and lead their SDR organization. You'll focus on pipeline generation strategy and operational excellence while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills.

You have a proven track record of building and leading successful sales development teams — your experience spans over 5 years in sales or business development, where you've consistently driven pipeline growth and operational excellence. You understand the nuances of both inbound and outbound sales strategies and have a knack for developing high-impact teams that excel in performance. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowerment, enabling team members to thrive in their roles. You are data-driven and have a strong understanding of sales metrics, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

Desirable

Experience in AI or technology-driven environments is a plus, as is familiarity with the contact center industry. You have a network of contacts in the sales development community and are well-versed in the latest trends and best practices. Your ability to mentor and develop future leaders within the organization is a key strength, and you are passionate about creating a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Sales Development at Cresta, you will be responsible for building and evolving the SDR organization to support rapid growth. You will own the pipeline generation strategy, ensuring that both inbound and outbound motions are optimized for success. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, you will develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the SDR function.
