Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in Revenue Operations and experience with Salesforce architecture — you've designed and implemented complex Salesforce orgs that support multi-product sales motions and account hierarchies. Your technical skills allow you to govern and evolve systems while actively reducing technical debt. You are comfortable working at the intersection of strategy and technology, ensuring that revenue teams can operate efficiently and effectively.
You are a hands-on architect who enjoys diving into key RevOps initiatives — whether it's building reports or supporting system integrations, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You understand the importance of scalability and long-term planning in system design, and you are committed to creating solutions that drive innovation in the insurance industry.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams — your communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do
In this role, you will design and build the technical architecture for SafeLease's go-to-market systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. You will be responsible for ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the Salesforce org, supporting complex account hierarchies and multi-product sales motions. Your work will involve collaborating with revenue teams to understand their needs and translating those into technical solutions that enhance their workflows.
You will actively participate in RevOps initiatives, which may include building reports, supporting integrations, and optimizing existing processes. Your hands-on approach will help reduce technical debt and improve the overall performance of the systems. You will also be involved in governance practices to ensure that the Salesforce org remains aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
