You are a quality-focused, resilient Sales Recruiter who thrives in a goal-driven environment. You have experience in recruiting for sales roles, particularly Account Executives and Account Development Representatives, and are adept at identifying candidates who can excel in these positions.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the engine room of Samsara's growth by hiring the next generation of Account Executives and Account Development Representatives. You will collaborate closely with the EMEA Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. You will engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of talent.
You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and provide feedback to hiring managers. You will also play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Samsara's values and culture. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's mission of powering connected operations and improving the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations.
