You understand the importance of cultural fit and are adept at assessing candidates not just for their skills but for their potential to contribute to the company's mission. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top sales talent for Samsara's EMEA Talent Acquisition team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your goal will be to build a strong pipeline of candidates for Account Executives and Account Development Representatives, ensuring that Samsara continues to grow and succeed in the connected operations space.
You will utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and job boards, to attract candidates. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the roles. Additionally, you will manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
