What you'll do
As a Sales Engineer I at Samsara, you will be part of a diverse team that works closely with customers to demonstrate the value of our Connected Operationsβ’ Cloud platform. You will engage in conversations about logistics, fleet maintenance, and asset management, helping customers understand how our technology can improve their operations. You will collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring that potential clients see the full benefits of our solutions.
You will also assist in the onboarding process for new customers, providing them with the necessary training and support to effectively use our products. Your role will involve gathering customer feedback and relaying it to the product development team to help shape future enhancements.
