You are results-driven and have a history of achieving sales targets while supporting your team in their professional growth. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of mid-sized public sector organizations and can effectively communicate the value of IoT solutions to diverse stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on mid-sized public sector organizations, driving sales strategies that align with Samsara's mission to improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, ensuring your team has the resources and support they need to succeed. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive the adoption of Samsara's innovative solutions.

You will engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Samsara's Connected Operationsβ„’ Cloud can transform their operations. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
