Who you are
You have a strong background in sales performance analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Your expertise in quality assurance operations allows you to assess compliance and drive improvements in sales outcomes. You are skilled in implementing data monitoring systems and have a keen understanding of business intelligence to enhance customer experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve strong sales results. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and insights that can lead to actionable strategies for sales improvement.
Desirable
Experience with sales quality programs or similar initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can communicate effectively to drive alignment and results. A background in the Internet of Things (IoT) or related industries would be beneficial, as it aligns with Samsara's mission to improve physical operations through data-driven insights.
