You are a motivated individual eager to start your career in technical support, with a strong interest in technology and customer service. You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others solve problems. You are adaptable and willing to learn about the Internet of Things (IoT) and how it can transform physical operations across various industries.
Desirable
Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with IoT technologies or a background in operations can help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Technical Support Engineer at Samsara, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our Connected Operations™ Cloud platform. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to product improvements based on customer feedback.
You will also assist in creating and maintaining documentation for common issues and solutions, helping to build a knowledge base that enhances the efficiency of the support team.
