Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fraud prevention or cybersecurity space — you've successfully led product roadmaps and collaborated with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data for informed decision-making, and you have a solid understanding of machine learning and AI technologies as they relate to product development.
You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable working with diverse teams across different time zones. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders, including founders and sales teams, to prioritize product features and enhancements. You are passionate about creating user-centric products that address real-world challenges in fraud detection and prevention.
Desirable
Experience with bot detection technologies or behavior biometrics is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. You are proactive in seeking feedback and iterating on product features based on user insights and market trends.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Sardine, you will lead the development of best-in-class bot detection and fraud prevention products. You will create and manage the product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to define product specifications and prioritize features based on customer needs and market demands. Your role will involve designing innovative fraud detection methods and tools, as well as monitoring data to ensure the effectiveness of these solutions.
You will collaborate with product designers, data analysts, and engineering teams to ensure that product specifications are met and that projects are delivered on time. Your project management skills will be essential as you coordinate with internal teams and customers to align on priorities and timelines. You will also be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that will inform product development and enhance user experience.
