What you'll do

As a Composite Design Engineer at Saronic, you will lead the structural design and analysis of composite materials for our maritime platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize composite structures that are lightweight yet robust, ensuring they meet mission-critical Department of Defense performance requirements. You will work closely with other engineers to integrate these materials into our existing systems, conducting thorough analyses to validate their performance in maritime environments.

You will also be responsible for creating detailed design documentation and specifications, ensuring that all designs are compliant with industry standards and regulations. Collaborating with the production team, you will oversee the manufacturing process of composite components, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and efficiency.
