What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Saviynt, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring they derive maximum value from our Enterprise Identity Cloud. You will conduct routine health checks and provide oversight on customer adoption, making recommendations for improvements and additional services. Your role will involve categorizing customers based on their needs and priorities, allowing you to tailor your approach effectively.
