Who you are
You have a strong background in partner management and business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with partners is exceptional, and you understand the nuances of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve common goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external partners. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced environment, ensuring that partner initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Desirable
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with identity security solutions. A strong understanding of the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley markets will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and can analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities. A background in technology sales or account management will also be beneficial, as it will enable you to engage with technical stakeholders effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving partner engagement and revenue growth across the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley regions. You will collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales and Account Executives to align strategies and achieve regional targets. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with partner organizations, ensuring they are equipped to deliver Saviynt's cloud-based identity platform effectively. You will work on standardizing and automating identity services for scalable client delivery, which is a key growth driver for Saviynt. You will also be involved in developing and executing partner marketing strategies to promote Saviynt's solutions and drive awareness in the market. Regularly assessing partner performance and providing feedback will be crucial to ensure mutual success. You will represent Saviynt at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of our identity platform and building connections with potential partners.
