You have prior experience as a Sales Development Representative in the tech space — you understand the nuances of engaging with prospects and can make an outstanding first impression. You thrive in a team environment but are also highly self-motivated, working independently to meet your quotas. You possess a good understanding of sales prospecting tools and can assess a company's needs to tailor your outreach effectively.
You are comfortable working under pressure and think outside the box to generate sales opportunities. Your ability to engage with various personas across Federal Agencies will be crucial in aligning Saviynt's value propositions to their specific challenges. You are eager to contribute to the sales pipeline by continuously producing qualified meetings that convert into sales opportunities.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Saviynt, you will initiate sales cycles by identifying and engaging the appropriate prospect personas across Federal Agencies. Your primary objective will be to inquire into their identity governance and infrastructure challenges, aligning Saviynt's solutions to these needs. You will work closely with the U.S. Federal Team to gain prospects' commitment to take meetings with Directors of Sales, ensuring a smooth transition into the sales pipeline.
You will be responsible for generating leads through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Your success will be measured by your individual contributions and quota achievement, making your role pivotal in driving the company's growth in the Federal sector. You will also have the opportunity to help reinvent the Identity Governance, Application GRC, and Cloud Privileged Access Management space, making a significant impact in the industry.
