Who you are

You are a seasoned Technical Account Manager with a strong background in identity security — you live and breathe identity security, understanding its critical role in safeguarding digital assets. You possess the ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic client partnership, ensuring that clients not only receive support but also guidance through complex identity transformations. Your experience allows you to anticipate client needs and drive successful implementations that deliver long-term value.

You have a proven track record of managing accounts with a focus on technical solutions — your role goes beyond traditional account management, as you act as a technical vanguard for clients, helping them navigate the intricacies of identity security. You are adept at building relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their security posture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding Saviynt's most strategic clients through their identity security journeys — you will work closely with them to implement the Saviynt platform effectively, ensuring it becomes an indispensable part of their security strategy. You will leverage your technical knowledge to address client inquiries and provide insights that help them optimize their use of the platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client implementations are successful and that clients are satisfied with the solutions provided.
