Scality is seeking an Inside Channel Manager to manage and grow mid-tier partners in French-speaking territories. You'll focus on partner engagement and sales pipeline for ARTESCA solutions. This role requires strong channel management skills and experience in partner relations.

Who you are
You have experience in channel management and a proven track record of growing partner relationships — you've successfully engaged with mid-tier and emerging partners to drive sales and engagement. You possess strong communication skills in French, enabling you to effectively collaborate with partners in French-speaking territories. You understand the importance of partner enablement and readiness, and you are adept at fostering relationships that lead to successful co-selling initiatives. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, allowing you to broaden and accelerate the partner base effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working alongside channel managers to complement their strategic efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing Scality's mid-tier and emerging partners in French-speaking territories. You will work closely with the Channel Manager to ensure alignment in strategies and execution. Your primary focus will be on fostering partner engagement and readiness, enabling partners to effectively sell ARTESCA and complementary solutions. You will drive partner-led pipeline and sales, supporting co-selling motions particularly among Veeam-aligned and smaller VAR/MSP partners. You will play a crucial role in executing the go-to-market strategy for ARTESCA in France, ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will also monitor partner performance and provide feedback to enhance their capabilities and drive better results.
