You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in technology or marketing sectors. You understand the challenges CMOs face in an AI-driven world and are adept at navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be responsible for managing high-value deals from initial conversation to closing. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable operating with autonomy and urgency.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Scrunch's innovative solutions effectively. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and success in your sales efforts. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your sales strategies and decision-making processes. You are also adaptable, able to pivot your approach based on client needs and market dynamics.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Scrunch, you will own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and discovery through to deal strategy and closing. You will engage with marketing teams to understand the unique needs of clients and tailor your approach accordingly. Your role will involve navigating long sales cycles and managing relationships with multi-stakeholder buying groups, ensuring that you address their concerns and demonstrate the value of Scrunch's offerings.
You will collaborate closely with product teams to provide feedback from the field, helping to shape the development of solutions that meet market demands.
