Overview

Seccl is hiring a People Ops and Experience Partner for a maternity cover role to strengthen their people operations as they scale. You'll work closely with the Head of People and the wider business to enhance onboarding, reward systems, and employee engagement.

You have experience in people operations and are passionate about enhancing employee experiences — you understand the importance of onboarding and engagement in a growing company. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with various teams to implement effective people strategies.

You are adaptable and can manage multiple priorities effectively — your organizational skills allow you to handle the complexities of people operations while ensuring a positive experience for all employees. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and understand the nuances of employee lifecycle management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of key moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with the Head of People to develop and implement policies that support the growth of the organization. You will also work on enhancing reward systems to ensure they align with the company’s mission and values.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating quarterly planning sessions and retrospectives, ensuring that the team remains aligned and focused on their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you liaise with various departments to gather feedback and implement improvements.
