Overview

SecurityScorecard is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead regional sales efforts in Argentina and Chile. You'll be part of a high-performing sales team focused on cybersecurity ratings. This role requires strong sales experience and a collaborative mindset.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or cybersecurity sectors, with at least 5 years of experience managing accounts and driving revenue growth. You excel in building relationships with clients and understanding their needs, allowing you to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. Your ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment is essential, as you will be collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and achieve common goals.

You are results-driven and thrive under pressure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of cybersecurity solutions effectively, making complex concepts accessible to clients. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that your approach is both strategic and effective.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks. You may have a background in technical sales or account management, which would enhance your ability to engage with clients on a deeper level. A network of contacts within the industry could also be beneficial as you seek to expand SecurityScorecard's presence in the region.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts in Argentina and Chile. You will engage with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage SecurityScorecard's innovative rating technology. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that you are equipped with the latest information and tools to support your sales efforts. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor activities will be crucial in identifying new opportunities and adjusting your approach accordingly. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of your sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.

As part of a high-performing sales team, you will share insights and best practices with your colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and success. You will participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for achieving collective goals.
