Job Description
Who you are
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Administration and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, you are proficient in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level. You are team-oriented with a dedicated approach to work and have a positive attitude, motivated to contribute to the team. Your strong analytical skills will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Cash Application Representative, you will book the credit side of bank statements with precision and allocate customer receipts accurately to ensure smooth financial operations. You will collect and organize remittance advices to maintain accurate records and take responsibility for reconciling not applied cash GL accounts. Additionally, you will provide support in T&E processes and administration, utilizing your problem-solving skills to address any accounting issues that arise. You will work closely with GL Accountants and Debt Collection teams to ensure seamless operations.
