You have experience in building and maintaining relationships, particularly in the logistics or transportation sector — you understand the nuances of negotiating contracts and managing carrier commitments. You are proactive in identifying issues and seeking input from others to implement effective solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digitization of road logistics.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with carriers and customers alike — your ability to think critically and resolve problems will be essential in this role. You are comfortable researching new carriers and generating leads to expand the network of partnerships. You are motivated by the challenge of developing supply chain solutions that align with customer strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spend the majority of your time building contractual relationships with carriers and negotiating spot market commitments. You will be responsible for reaching out to carriers based on customer interest and providing day-to-day status updates. Your role will involve identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations. You will also develop supply chain solutions to support the customer go-to-market strategy and maintain and grow relationships with carrier accounts.

You will conduct calls with carriers to determine their availability and interest, ensuring that you are effectively matching trucks to loads. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the type of assignment, but your focus will always be on fostering collaboration and identifying opportunities for additional partnerships. You will be part of a growing team that is committed to revolutionizing the logistics industry in Europe.
