Sentry is hiring a Technical Enablement Director to drive platform usage and adoption through education and enablement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs for both employees and customers. This role requires strong strategic and operational skills.

You have a strong background in technical enablement and education, with experience in developing training programs that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You are a dynamic professional who can translate complex technology into compelling narratives that inspire and educate. Your analytical skills drive continuous improvement in educational content and delivery methods, ensuring that users gain maximum value from the platform.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design. Your ability to engage stakeholders and foster relationships is key to your success. You are passionate about making software accessible and believe in empowering others through education.

Desirable

Experience in a product evangelist role or as a multimedia content producer is a plus. Familiarity with performance and error monitoring tools will help you connect with the audience effectively. You are comfortable using various educational technologies and platforms to enhance learning experiences.

What you'll do

As the Technical Enablement Director at Sentry, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of training and educational programs. This includes creating content that educates both internal employees and external customers on how to effectively use the Sentry platform. You will lead initiatives that drive user adoption and engagement, ensuring that users are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.

You will analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods. Collaborating with product teams, you will ensure that educational content aligns with product updates and new features. Your role will also involve conducting workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to engage users and enhance their understanding of the platform.
