You excel in building relationships and fostering trust with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with the SevenRooms platform. Your consultative approach allows you to engage effectively with restaurant operators, understanding their unique challenges and how to address them with the right tools. You are passionate about empowering hospitality operators to enhance their guest experiences and streamline their operations.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with operational teams to onboard new accounts smoothly. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate the value of the SevenRooms platform clearly and persuasively. You are motivated by the success of your clients and take pride in helping them achieve their goals. You understand the importance of a seamless transition for new clients and are dedicated to ensuring they are excited about using the platform.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at SevenRooms, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential restaurant clients, showcasing the benefits of our platform. You will conduct needs assessments to understand the gaps in their current tools and recommend appropriate solutions, including reservation and table management systems, online ordering, and marketing automation. Your role will involve adding new restaurants to the SevenRooms platform and collaborating with operational teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

You will foster long-term relationships with restaurant operators, ensuring they are not only satisfied but also enthusiastic about using our solutions. Your consultative sales approach will be key in helping clients see the value in our offerings and how they can enhance their operations. You will report to the Sales Manager for the EMEA region, contributing to the overall mission of redefining the hospitality industry for restaurant operators worldwide.
