What you'll do

As an Account Executive at SevenRooms, you will be responsible for adding new restaurants to the platform and ensuring they are excited about using our solutions. You will engage with potential clients, conducting needs assessments to identify their specific challenges and recommending the appropriate SevenRooms tools, including reservation and table management systems, online ordering, and marketing automation. Your role is crucial in fostering relationships with hospitality operators, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring they are fully committed to leveraging the SevenRooms platform for their success.

You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with various teams to support the onboarding of new accounts. Your consultative sales approach will help you build trust with clients, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. You will also be involved in ongoing relationship management, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with our platform. Your efforts will contribute to reshaping the hospitality landscape and empowering operators to take control of their guest relationships.
