Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on full-cycle sales. Your proven hunter mentality allows you to prospect effectively, uncover leads, and close deals in a competitive environment. You possess an excellent understanding of the sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management, which enables you to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to conduct consultative calls and in-person meetings to understand the needs of potential customers. You are adept at using data insights to optimize your prospecting strategies, ensuring that you build and nurture a pipeline of qualified, engaged prospects. You are detail-oriented and methodical, following processes to maintain data integrity in CRM systems.
Desirable
Experience with Salesforce and SalesLoft is a plus, as these tools will be integral to your daily activities. A background in technology or connectivity services can also enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In your role as an Account Executive at Pilot, you will conduct daily cold outreach to qualified prospects through various channels, including email and phone. You will develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from the initial call to closing deals. Building and nurturing a pipeline of qualified prospects will be a key focus, and you will forecast accordingly to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
You will conduct consultative calls and in-person meetings to understand the unique needs of potential customers, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions. Utilizing Salesforce and SalesLoft, you will report and record your sales activities, ensuring that data integrity is maintained in the CRM. Regular reporting on monthly and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be part of your responsibilities, aligning with overarching departmental and organizational initiatives.
