What you'll do

As an Account Executive at SevenRooms, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new restaurant clients to the SevenRooms platform. You will work directly with hospitality groups to understand their current tools and processes, identifying gaps and recommending the appropriate solutions from our platform, which includes reservation, waitlist, and table management, as well as online ordering and marketing automation. Your role is crucial in empowering hospitality operators to excel and deliver magical guest experiences every day.

You will collaborate with our operational teams to support the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring that clients are excited and committed to using the SevenRooms platform. Building strong relationships with restaurant operators will be key to your success, as you will act as a trusted advisor throughout their journey with us. You will also be involved in ongoing account management, ensuring that clients continue to see value from our solutions and remain engaged with our platform.
