Who you are

You have a strong background in customer support and technical installations, particularly with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Your experience includes coordinating with clients and field technicians to ensure successful installations and integrations. You are adept at troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring that all systems function smoothly post-installation.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively train clients on the POS ecosystems once installed. Your ability to promote a high level of service and professionalism is paramount, as you will be the face of Shift4 during onsite installations. You are also familiar with the merchant processing industry, giving you an edge in understanding client needs and expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the full integration of Point-of-Sale systems and related peripherals at merchant locations. This includes conducting site surveys and performing network troubleshooting to ensure all requirements are met before, during, and after installation. You will work closely with integration partners to facilitate smooth installations and provide ongoing support.

Your responsibilities will also include training clients on the use of Skytab POS and Shift4 Payment Gateway products, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with the systems. You will be expected to manage administrative tasks that can be completed from the office or home, balancing your time effectively between onsite and remote work.
