Overview
Shift4 is hiring a Partner Management Specialist to support new sales partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in understanding the Shift4 Payments value proposition. You'll assist partners throughout the sales process and coordinate with internal teams to manage queries effectively.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in partner management or customer success, ideally within the payments or technology sector. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to effectively set expectations and guide partners through their journey with Shift4. You are adept at managing inquiries and providing comprehensive support to partners across various verticals, ensuring a partner-centric approach while navigating internal processes. You understand the importance of fostering relationships and are committed to helping partners succeed in securing merchants in their target regions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding integrated merchants and guiding partners through the entire sales process. You will communicate effectively with partners to ensure they have a clear understanding of the tools, resources, products, and services available to them. Your role will involve managing partner email inquiries and inbound calls, delivering timely guidance and support. You will also coordinate with internal teams to efficiently manage queries and escalations from sales partners, ensuring all issues are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Your focus will be on building strong relationships with partners and helping them navigate the complexities of the Shift4 Payments ecosystem.
