What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at ShipMonk, you will lead the onboarding process for enterprise clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to our fulfillment services. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor our solutions to meet those requirements. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including technology, operations, and customer support, to ensure that all aspects of the implementation are aligned and executed on time.
