You are detail-oriented and proactive, monitoring customer engagement and activation metrics to identify areas for improvement. Your analytical mindset helps you refine processes and develop scalable solutions that drive customer success.

Desirable

Experience in a tech-enabled environment or familiarity with financial products would be advantageous. A background in customer success or project management is also a plus, as it equips you with the skills needed to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.

What you'll do

As an Implementation Manager at Moss, you will take charge of the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that new customers are onboarded efficiently and effectively. You will develop and refine scalable processes and automated workflows for onboarding, utilizing tech-enabled solutions to maximize efficiency. Your role will involve monitoring customer engagement and activation metrics, proactively reaching out to those who may be falling behind to keep rollouts on track.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the onboarding experience is smooth and that customers are fully equipped to adopt the platform in record time. Your expertise will guide customers through the integration process, helping them realize the full potential of the product.
