Your experience in analytics, data science, and big data gives you a competitive edge in understanding client needs and driving success. You are a maverick who thrives in dynamic environments, adept at managing relationships and compressing decision cycles to achieve results. Your ability to build brands and drive deals forward is complemented by your strategic thinking and customer-centric approach.

You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and can navigate complex business initiatives that contribute to growth and productivity objectives. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate value propositions effectively, ensuring that clients see the benefits of partnering with Sigmoid. You are willing to stretch your working hours to align with clients in different time zones, demonstrating your commitment to customer success.

Desirable

Experience in managing accounts within the analytics and data solutions space is highly desirable. Familiarity with Fortune 1000 companies and a history of driving revenue growth will set you apart. What you'll do

In your role as Associate Director - Account Management, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and growth within your assigned accounts. You will implement account management strategies that enhance brand visibility and improve forecast accuracy for predictable business results. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple account management strategy implementation assignments, directly supporting the Account Management function. You will work closely with various teams to drive initiatives that contribute to Sigmoid's growth objectives.

You will play a key role in strengthening brand recall within your accounts, ensuring that clients recognize the value Sigmoid brings to their business. Your efforts will focus on relationship management, where you will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, positioning Sigmoid as a trusted partner in their data transformation journey. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, leveraging your expertise in data solutions to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
