Who you are
You are a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager with a deep, consultative approach to client relationship management. You excel at navigating large organizations and have a proven track record of advising C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders on Reputation and Risk. Your expertise in selling and upselling enterprise software has equipped you with the skills necessary to drive customer success and satisfaction. You enjoy learning new technologies and how they can deliver customer value, and you are eager to understand a product roadmap and customer needs, triangulating between the two to create impactful solutions.
You bring a sophisticated understanding of how to navigate large organizations, having experience in selling and upselling enterprise software. You take a variety of stakeholders from the C-suite to analysts on a digital transformation journey, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are fully engaged with the solutions you provide. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is one of your strongest assets, allowing you to build trust and foster long-term relationships.

What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and grow enterprise accounts, leveraging Signal’s proprietary machine learning technology to help organizations digitize their domain expertise. You will be responsible for bringing new propositions to market that integrate our AI with client expertise, improving the quality of insights offered to end-clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and executing on initiatives that drive customer success.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the solutions provided align with their business objectives. This will involve regular communication with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to analysts, to ensure that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the digital transformation journey. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance and providing insights to the team to help refine strategies and improve outcomes.
