Simulmedia is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to lead digital transformation for PlayerWON, their innovative ad platform for gaming. You'll drive strategy and implementation while collaborating with various teams. This role requires 10+ years of experience in digital transformation or product development.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in media or gaming β you've successfully driven product development and operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex ideas clearly, whether in writing, verbally, or visually, and you are comfortable working with teams across different time zones, especially with U.S.-based teams.
Your background includes a solid understanding of gaming partnerships and media operations β you are adept at translating partner needs into scalable, tech-enabled workflows. You have a proven track record of owning product vision and strategy, continuously evolving digital roadmaps to support business objectives.
Desirable
Experience with tools like Jira, Airtable, Salesforce, HubSpot, Postman, or Looker is a plus, as these will be integral to your role in managing operations and campaigns effectively. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and execution, and you are passionate about the intersection of gaming and advertising.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the overall strategy and product vision for digitizing PlayerWONβs media operations and campaign execution processes. You will define a multi-phase transformation roadmap, prioritizing key areas such as campaign planning, trafficking, creative delivery, and reporting for gaming integrations. Your collaboration with Product and Engineering teams will be crucial as you build out PlayerWONβs operational stack, from internal tools to partner-facing platforms.
You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and implementation roadmap for transforming media buying and operational processes related to PlayerWON. This includes working closely with leaders across Gaming Partnerships, AdOps, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to ensure alignment and successful execution of the transformation initiatives.
