Cambio AI Inc. is hiring a Senior Director, Head of Sales to lead their go-to-market strategy and build a high-performing sales team. This role requires extensive experience in B2B SaaS revenue leadership and expertise in enterprise sales cycles.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue leadership roles, including ownership of enterprise sales. You possess a proven track record of scaling revenue at high-growth SaaS companies, ideally from early-stage to $100M+ ARR. Your deep understanding of how to build go-to-market functions from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment sets you apart. You have expertise in enterprise sales cycles and strategic selling, complemented by a leadership style that emphasizes strong communication and storytelling skills. You embody a mix of 'sales DNA' and an 'operator mindset'—you can sell, build systems, and develop others to do both.
What you'll do
In this foundational leadership role, you will own and lead all go-to-market functions, including Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development. You will define and execute a scalable enterprise sales motion aimed at achieving $50M+ ARR within 24 months. Your responsibilities will include developing an end-to-end go-to-market strategy that encompasses segmentation, pipeline management, territory planning, forecasting, and quota setting. You will build and manage a high-performing team, setting standards for performance, collaboration, and growth. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you will bring customer feedback into the roadmap to strengthen product-market fit. Additionally, you will collaborate with co-founders on strategic partnerships, category positioning, and long-term revenue planning, establishing KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms that drive accountability and clarity across the go-to-market organization.
What we offer
This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, requiring 2–3 days per week in person at our New York, London, or San Francisco offices.
