What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Skello, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to hunt for new business opportunities through cold outreach and networking. You will identify and qualify leads, setting the stage for the Account Executives to close deals. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop strategies for reaching out to prospects and effectively communicating the benefits of Skello's solutions.
You will participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, ensuring you are well-equipped to represent Skello in the market. Your role will involve tracking your outreach efforts and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. You will also collaborate with your team to share insights and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the Sales department.
