Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, particularly in the Quote to Order phase of the sales cycle — you've successfully implemented and optimized processes that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. Your deep expertise in Salesforce and other tech stacks enables you to manage complex quoting and pricing workflows effectively.

You possess strong program management skills — you can proactively identify areas for improvement and solve complex problems in ambiguous situations. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can streamline operations and enhance the quoting experience for both direct and channel sales motions.

You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of catalog readiness — ensuring that products and SKUs are quotable with the correct attributes and pricing is second nature to you. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of the end-to-end quoting experience and drive impactful changes.

Desirable

Experience in the drone or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with hardware and SaaS products. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end quoting experience, managing system-based pricing and discount approval workflows across various sales channels. You will define and operationalize amendment paths for hardware, SaaS, and services, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.

You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that all products are ready for quoting in Salesforce. This includes managing price book mappings and provisioning to ensure a seamless experience for users. Your role will also involve analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for training and supporting team members on the quoting system, ensuring that everyone is equipped to use the tools effectively. Your insights will help shape the future of the quoting process at Skydio, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
