Who you are
You have a proven track record in executive recruiting, particularly at the Director level and above — you've successfully led high-impact searches and strategic recruiting initiatives that drive company growth. Your experience allows you to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights on hiring strategy and talent market dynamics.
You excel in designing and implementing best-in-class candidate experiences — ensuring that every step of the hiring process is consistent, equitable, and compliant. Your metrics-driven approach to recruiting means you track effectiveness, quality of hire, and candidate pipeline health, allowing you to continuously improve the recruiting process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and lead all executive recruiting efforts for Director-level positions and above — this includes managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing to assessment and offer strategy. You will collaborate closely with the VP of People and other executive stakeholders to align hiring priorities with the company's business objectives.
You will design and drive a metrics-driven recruiting approach, tracking key performance indicators such as time-to-fill and quality of hire. Your responsibilities will also include managing relationships with HR and People Operations to coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless experience for candidates.
